Beschreibung

• Build and maintain scalable systems and applications end-to-end • Independently take on complex features and projects • Gather input, break down problems, and communicate progress to stakeholders • Lead technical discussions within the team • Partner with Build and Product to define requirements and practical technical approaches • Develop user-focused solutions and communicate tradeoffs and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to system reliability, scalability, and sustainability • Perform day-to-day coding, thorough code reviews, and production troubleshooting • Participate in on-call rotations for system reliability and incident response • Identify and address technical risks early • Share expertise, provide feedback, mentor teammates, and support team members • Improve team practices and documentation and support continuous learning
