Beschreibung

• Drive the continued development and improvement of test automation frameworks and testing processes • Support and improve automated testing within CI/CD pipelines • Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, reliability, and overall product quality • Evaluate and recommend testing tools, frameworks, and technologies • Establish and maintain testing standards, documentation, and QA best practices • Promote effective use of AI tools for test automation, test case generation, defect analysis, and QA efficiency • Coordinate QA activities across releases • Lead test planning, execution, validation, and post-release verification • Monitor product quality, identify risks, and address issues with engineering teams • Support incident investigation, defect triage, and root cause analysis • Improve testing environments, release readiness, and quality monitoring • Balance delivery timelines with quality expectations and recommend release readiness • Mentor QA team members and promote quality best practices • Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and developers • Provide input on quality risks, testing strategy, and process improvements • Drive QA efficiency, collaboration, and consistency across multiple teams • Contribute to the evolution of QA standards, automation practices, and team processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of software QA or testing experience in SaaS, eCommerce, fintech, or similar environments • Strong experience with both manual and automated testing • Experience coordinating, mentoring, or leading QA teams • Experience supporting software release cycles and cross-functional product teams • Experience testing APIs, databases, workflows, and web-based interfaces • Experience testing payment systems or transaction flows highly valued • Proven record improving QA processes, automation coverage, and product quality • Expertise in test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Jest, or similar tools • Experience designing, maintaining, and expanding automated test suites • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and database interactions • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing workflows • Ability to analyze complex systems, identify quality risks, and develop testing strategies • Familiarity with performance, load, and exploratory testing methodologies • Experience using and building AI tools and agents • Strong leadership, organizational, and coordination skills • Excellent communication and collaboration across engineering, product, and business teams • Ability to mentor QA team members and promote quality best practices • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to balance hands-on execution with leadership responsibilities • Proactive ownership mindset focused on continuous improvement • Ability to communicate testing outcomes, quality risks, and release readiness • Nice to have: JMeter, LoadRunner, accessibility testing, fintech/subscription billing/eCommerce systems, distributed or remote QA leadership, QA metrics/reporting/quality standards
