Beschreibung

• Identify, prioritize and lead initiatives supporting major bets and high-impact opportunities • Develop, test, and incubate new ideas, products, and businesses • Own ad hoc analysis and project work, including board preparation, planning, goal setting, competitive analysis, and financial analyses • Align stakeholders across teams and functions, harmonize objectives, and drive progress • Anticipate roadblocks and proactively propose solutions with minimal guidance • Advocate for projects internally and externally while influencing without authority • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Director of Commercial Strategy, VP of Business Development, and Chief Commercial Officer • Identify growth opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for Thumbtack’s Partnerships business • Launch programs expanding the marketplace’s reach through partners and shape organizational strategy

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5-7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, bizops, or strategy roles • Comfortable with ambiguity and building frameworks/plans to provide necessary structure • Ability to build analytical models and translate them into executive-level insights • Demonstrated ability to build strong cross functional relationships and influence leaders at all levels • Owner attitude and mentality that rolls up your sleeves to “Get Stuff Done” • Adept at influencing without authority and working with internal/external partners from all backgrounds • Growth mindset; care about impact and going the extra mile
