Beschreibung

• Design Tilt’s future operating systems by diagnosing current pain points and co-designing AI-first processes • Shape the 'agentic' operating model by integrating autonomous tools, human judgment, and systemized knowledge • Drive measurable outcomes through technical and analytical projects that enhance speed and reduce manual effort • Lead proof-of-concepts by prototyping and validating redesigned processes using tools like Claude, N8N, and custom GPTs/skills • Translate innovation into scalable frameworks and playbooks for application across functions • Enable technical transformation by collaborating with data and engineering partners • Advise leadership by aligning AI capabilities with business priorities as a trusted advisor • Champion cultural change by promoting new ways of working while preserving Tilt’s culture of ownership and responsible AI adoption

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations • Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives that reimagine systems or workflows • Strong technical literacy with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Claude, N8N, OpenClaw, Replit) • Hands-on experience in building or deploying workflow automations, agents, or custom skills • Excellent communication skills to build trust and alignment across teams • Systems thinker with bias for execution—able to connect people, process, and technology • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field; MBA a plus • Familiarity with data architecture, integration principles, and upskilling in AI-driven environments (preferred)
