Beschreibung

• Support discovery in a new area, in collaboration with Product, Success, and other business stakeholders. • Collaborate with Product to rapid build initial prototypes and MVPs, owning the engineering workflow to identify, scope, prioritize, and deliver technical solutions. • Drive technical decisioning and buildout, rightsizing our architecture early to balance time to market and support for future iterations and integrations. • Facilitate quick iteration and learning by applying customer feedback to initial delivered prototypes. • Communicate progress and findings, engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather and implement feedback

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 3 years designing and implementing progressively more complex full-stack engineering features and products • Proficiency in React, Python, AWS, MongoDB • Communication and collaboration skills, especially in engaging non-technical users or stakeholders • Comfort operating in a fast startup environment and leveraging AI • Nice-to-have (not required): Background in EdTech and/or education sector • Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 either within a company or as a new startup
