Beschreibung

• Draft and prepare assignments, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents • Respond to a heavy volume of email correspondence in a timely, courteous, and thorough manner • Develop and maintain relationships with business associates and clients • Provide exceptional customer service to clients • Support attorneys in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment • Prepare and file status updates before scheduled hearings • Provide regular and timely client status updates • Follow up on outstanding documents and services • Review expired Notices of Default and communicate with clients to obtain updated figures • Monitor executed client declarations • File client declarations with the court

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience with client systems such as LPS, Tempo, Vendorscape and others is preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service • Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrowers, clients, attorneys, internal employees, and outside parties • Ability to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner • Exceptional organizational skills • Ability to multi-task and adapt to continual change • Attention to detail • High-level proficiency in MS Office suite • Proficiency in internet research activities • Good understanding of the legal process surrounding foreclosure is preferred • Prolonged time sitting at a desk typing, using, and looking at a computer • Full-time employee status
