Beschreibung

• Develop a strategic territory plan by identifying and meeting with prospective agents regarding ProAg’s insurance offerings • Drive additional business through agency visits, social events, trade shows, and correspondence • Meet or exceed sales goals for existing and new business within Iowa • Develop and maintain a database of current and prospective agents • Serve as primary relationship owner, trusted advisor, and point of contact for assigned agent accounts • Help agents grow and manage their business • Become a subject-matter expert on ProAg’s products, business, and applications • Stay up-to-date on industry trends • Gain and maintain a clear understanding of Crop Insurance and ProAg’s Standard Reinsurance Agreement • Monitor competitor and industry trends to identify marketplace changes • Collaborate with internal resources and regional training staff to prepare and deliver training or educational events • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and government regulations • Perform other relevant duties and assigned projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Ideally, at least two years of sales experience • Crop insurance experience preferred • Exceptional communication skills • Ability to facilitate cross-functionally • Knowledge of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to the Company’s business • Required to travel outside the normal work location, up to 75% • Ability to work independently and achieve organizational goals • Ability to build trust and relationships with key constituencies
