Beschreibung

• Build technology solutions, analyze requirements, and seek guidance from managers and peers • Contribute to design discussions and create diagrams and design documents • Write and modify code, conduct unit and integration testing, and fix bugs • Collaborate with teammates on code integration and participate in code reviews • Participate in team meetings and seek mentorship on best practices • Participate in the on-call rotation, troubleshoot incidents, analyze production logs, and guide root-cause analysis • Work across team boundaries to understand contributions to Torc’s broader product offerings • Expand documentation coverage with runbooks, tutorials, API documentation, and user guidance

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree plus 0–3 years of experience • Ability to tackle critical challenges with minimal supervision and strong independent judgment • Proficiency in AWS core services: IAM, EC2, and S3 • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, or ECS • Fluency in an object-oriented language, with Python preferred • Solid Bash and Go scripting/templating skills • Hands-on experience with Bazel, CMake, Maven, or Gradle • Experience with Parasoft, SonarQube, or CodeQL for code coverage analysis • Intermediate competency with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD, Temporal, AWS Step Functions, or Argo Workflows • Understanding of Datadog, CloudWatch, or New Relic • Bonus: JFrog Artifactory or similar artifact/package registry experience • Bonus: safety-critical or embedded software practices, including MISRA C, VectorCAST, or similar tooling • Bonus: C/C++ exposure in addition to Python
