Beschreibung

• Advise and support the design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing application software • Follow or lead Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and hybrid approaches • Analyze and refine systems requirements • Translate systems requirements into application prototypes • Plan and design systems architecture • Determine and design application architecture • Determine output media and formats • Design user and systems interfaces • Work with customers to test applications • Assure software and systems quality and functionality • Integrate hardware and software components • Write, review, and maintain program documentation • Evaluate application software technologies including containerization, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, configuration as code, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and SDLC automation • Ensure rigorous application of information security and cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices • Support the FLITES system, a central repository for Air Force Item Master data, cataloging, provisioning, and logistics business systems • Support the EPASS GB contract and interface with Program Office, Enterprise, and Staff-level stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• U.S. Citizen • Advanced Degree (MA/MS) or Doctorate from an ABET accredited program in Computer Science, Information Technology or other Engineering Discipline and 10 years of experience, 5 of which must be in the DoW, OR BA/BS Degree from an ABET accredited program in Computer Science, Information Technology or other Engineering Discipline and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoW, OR 15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which must be in the DoW • Advanced knowledge and recognized ability to be considered an expert in the technical/professional field • Ability to perform tasks and oversee junior and mid-level personnel • Comprehensive understanding and ability to apply associated standards, procedures and practices • Must have and maintain a T3/Secret security clearance • Knowledge and experience with Agile principles, methodologies, and enabling technologies, e.g., Kanban, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitLab, CheckMarx, SonarQube, Zephyr • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OCI • Knowledge of cloud technologies including elasticity, scalability, IaC, IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, on-demand instantiation, containers, Kubernetes, and serverless/Lambda • Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Cloud Practitioner or MS Azure equivalent, Oracle/OCI products and/or databases, CompTIA Security +CE, and Agile Certifications • Availability for Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 schedule • Willingness to travel 0-10%
