Beschreibung

• Build and ship web-based software products for Toro TMS's transportation management software platform • Work alongside experienced engineers to solve challenging problems for trucking users • Understand the transportation domain and customer workflows • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and UX counterparts • Build and ship features quickly and iteratively • Participate in team discussions, pair programming, and high-bandwidth communication • Proactively identify and complete needed work • Balance software quality and delivery velocity • Support colleagues across areas of the business

🎯 Anforderungen

• Familiarity with both Ruby on Rails and React • Experience working in a remote-first environment • 5+ years of experience building and shipping web-based software products • Ability and desire to build fast and ship features on a daily / weekly basis • Strong communication skills • Ability to take direction and feedback from senior team members • Strong desire to learn about the trucking industry, meet with customers, learn about their businesses and workflows • Empathy for users and teammates • Located in the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
