Beschreibung

• Lead marketing strategy and positioning across the Town Web, HeyGov, and ClerkMinutes portfolio • Own the marketing department's EOS operating cadence, including L10s, quarterly Rocks, and scorecards • Build qualified Sales pipeline through targeted campaigns and related demand-generation initiatives • Execute full-channel marketing across conferences, webinars, direct mail, PR, outbound, digital, and paid channels • Manage lifecycle marketing from first touch through trial to customer • Own marketing technology, tracking, and attribution • Serve as the final day-to-day reviewer for copy, design, campaigns, and launches • Lead go-to-market initiatives with Product and Sales, including launches, beta tester acquisition, product pilots, and formal releases • Work directly with copywriters, product managers, Sales, and data connection and attribution specialists • Translate founder ideas into focused priorities, challenge ineffective approaches, and ensure viable ideas ship • Travel to meet municipal clerks and attend conferences alongside Sales

🎯 Anforderungen

• Only applications submitted through Workable will be processed • Completing the CultureIndex Survey is required • Exceptional enthusiasm • Extremely creative energy • Experience leading a marketing function and accountability for its results • Experience making a traditional or crowded category stand out with original ideas • AI must be central to the candidate's workflow • Comfortable with code enough to build or fix small things • Real paid acquisition experience across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Bing • Ability to run SEO and GEO by directing AI tools • Hands-on experience with direct mail, paid ads, conferences, PR, or other high-attention channels • Willingness to travel to meet clerks and work conferences alongside Sales • B2B SaaS background • Experience managing employees, contractors, and agencies • Nice to have: GovTech or public-sector experience, marketing multiple products simultaneously, building measurement where little existed, and EOS familiarity
