Beschreibung

• You build and ship end-to-end features across backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React) • You design and implement AI-driven product capabilities (e.g. agentic workflows, AI-assisted features) • You work close to the customer, investigating and resolving user issues first hand • You take ownership of features from idea to production and iteration • You improve system architecture, scalability, and maintainability • You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM to solve real logistics problems • You contribute to technical decisions and roadmap planning • You support and unblock other engineers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong full-stack engineering skills (Ruby on Rails & React) • Proven ability to deliver features end-to-end with high ownership • Pragmatic mindset with a strong balance of speed and quality • Experience with modern AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Codex, Claude Code) • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguity • Product mindset with a focus on user value • Fluent in English • Nice to have: Experience in B2B SaaS environments • Nice to have: Experience with customer integration projects • Nice to have: Background in the logistics industry
