Beschreibung

• Drive customer acquisition through affiliate, direct display and programmatic channels. • Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of affiliate campaigns, partnerships and performance. • Focus on FTTs, CAC and sustainable growth. • Work closely with Paid Media, Marketing Data, Creative, CRO and Compliance teams. • Identify new opportunities, test and scale effective campaigns, partnerships and strategies. • Ensure all activity meets FCA requirements. • Potentially extend onto other projects within Trade Nation after the six-month contract.

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing or a similar role. • Experience in fintech, financial services or another regulated industry, with a good understanding of financial trading products such as CFDs, forex or spread betting. • Hands-on experience managing affiliate networks, ideally Impact.com and/or FinanceAds. • Experience managing direct display partnerships and programmatic campaigns, ideally using StackAdapt; DV360 experience is a plus. • Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, postbacks, pixels, attribution and performance reporting. • Commercial mindset with experience managing CAC, CPA, commissions and payback. • Proven ability to test, optimise and scale campaigns across creative, placements, offers and partners. • Comfortable working closely with Compliance in a regulated environment. • Working knowledge of paid social and paid search, including Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google Ads and/or Bing Ads. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Fluent English; Portuguese, Polish or German would be a strong advantage.
