Beschreibung

• Dissect existing or define new workflows, implement data-driven improvements, monitor Key Performance Indicators to ensure improvements are achieved and sustained • Break down complex operational challenges into manageable, logical workstreams to solve problems at their root • Take accountability for the processes under your stewardship. You aren't just making suggestions; you have a relentless focus on getting things done and monitoring the long-term results • Navigate a fast-paced environment by collaborating with Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and Product teams to understand and align key objectives and requirements to realise business value for leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. • Basic programming skills (Python, SQL, or similar) • Data visualisation/dashboarding skills (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI or similar) • Ability to document processes clearly and work in a structured way • Curiosity about fintech, financial markets • Familiarity with AI/ML tools for pattern recognition and/or automation • Nice to have: Process improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma) • Nice to have: Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) • Nice to have: Prior data engineering experience (ETL pipelines, APIs, cloud data platforms)
