Beschreibung

• Plan, coordinate, control, and direct activities of operational resources • Coordinate execution of service agreements and repair work • Procure appropriate labor and materials within financial standards • Interact with customers • Communicate with independent service providers • Coordinate job priorities with the Key Accounts Small Commercial team • Coordinate service resources, dispatch, and assign providers to projects • Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability • Interact and communicate with internal and external teams • Coordinate operations interaction with Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary • Investigate customer concerns, route them to assigned staff, and respond to special requests • Generate work orders, review project paperwork, forward paperwork to Project Administrators, and generate reports • Process service warranties • Complete tasks required throughout the service operations lifecycle

🎯 Anforderungen

• Certificate/degree from college or technical school with one (1) year related experience and/or training; or three (3) years of related experience and/or training with HS Diploma/GED • Candidates without a 4-year degree are encouraged to apply; practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with leadership principles prioritized • Excellent customer service skills and comfort/effectiveness on the phone • Organized, with ability to multitask and prioritize daily interruptions • Strong attention to detail • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows • Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required • Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred
