Beschreibung

• Source land and residential development opportunities, primarily in Warsaw • Monitor existing partner-led projects • Assess planning constraints, technical assumptions, development potential and financial feasibility • Prepare business plans and investment recommendations • Lead negotiations and coordinate due diligence and acquisition agreements through completion • Monitor partner-led projects and represent EIKA’s interests locally • Recommend target locations, partnerships and further growth opportunities • Work directly with the Development Director and senior management • Progress toward establishing a Polish legal entity and building a local team as the portfolio grows

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in real estate development in Poland, gained with a developer or in a development project management role • Practical involvement in project feasibility, land acquisition, planning, permitting and development coordination • Understanding of development budgets, financial models and project risks • Knowledge of the Warsaw market and ability to build relationships with local market participants • Strong negotiation skills, commercial judgement and ability to manage projects independently • Fluent Polish and English sufficient for cooperation with the Group’s team and management presentations • Residential development experience preferred • Relevant commercial development experience will also be considered • Professional references will form part of the selection process
