Beschreibung

• Customer service to both active and potential customers • Handle incoming calls, chats and emails related to: Payments, Invoices and reminders, Plan or contract changes, Complaints, Retention, etc.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Secondary school or higher education level required • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English both written and spoken • Experience in customer service roles within contact center environment for at least 6 months • Good computer skills • Ability to communicate professionally, enthusiastically • Solution-oriented. Quick learner with the capacity to process information efficiently. • Independent worker who enjoys challenges and maintains focus on customer satisfaction.
