Beschreibung

• Operate company-owned and managed aircraft in flight • Deliver private club-level service and a safe, comfortable, convenient passenger experience • Coordinate with maintenance personnel to analyze and correct aircraft discrepancies • Pilot the assigned airframe • Determine flight routes, speed, and take-off and landing times to fulfill scheduling requirements • Stay current with federal and local flight regulations • Operate according to domestic and international regulations, FAA-approved company procedures, industry best practices, and aviation safety standards • Take full control of the aircraft in flight and exercise command authority • Inspect aircraft for safety, fuel, oil, and water before departure • Ensure proper aircraft maintenance and operational readiness • Maintain accurate records and logs • Ensure compliance with pilot warranty requirements, aircraft insurance policies, and licensure requirements • Promote and implement action plans • Mentor and inspire subordinates • Promote teamwork by example

🎯 Anforderungen

• Airline transport license with multi-engine and instrument ratings • Type rating for one of the company’s airframes: King Air 200/300/350, XL/XLS+, or Citation Latitude • Recent experience flying one of the company’s airframes within the last 24 months • US Citizen • Valid driver's license • 3000 hours total flight time • 1500 hours multi-engine flight time • 1500 hours Pilot in Command time • 500 hours turbine engine flight time; PT6 series preferred • Current FAA Second Class Medical Certificate • Pass all FAA examinations and flight proficiency tests • No incidents, accidents, or FAA actions/suspensions • Ability to promote and implement action plans • Enthusiastic, engaged, self-motivated, and success-oriented attitude • Ability to mentor and inspire subordinates • Commitment to teamwork and personal motivation
