Beschreibung

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for TRM's Onchain Compliance products • Lead and develop Product Managers who own Onchain Compliance • Personally drive the most important initiatives in the portfolio as a player-coach • Hire, coach, and develop PMs; provide direct feedback and address performance or project issues early • Set direction and prioritize across PMs • Define success and failure using real metrics • Prototype, build AI agents, and ship alongside the team • Build ongoing customer relationships and join strategic deals • Translate customer feedback into roadmap opportunities • Report Onchain Compliance performance to leadership using real metrics • Identify risks early and unblock PMs before projects fail • Deliver outcomes including product adoption, retention, and ARR

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience taking complex enterprise products from discovery through launch to measurable business impact • Experience building agents and using AI to accelerate individual and team work; ability to demo it • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and ship working solutions in days • Strong product judgment and ability to make opinionated prioritization and delivery decisions • Experience building and growing a team of Product Managers • Ability to simplify complex ideas, align teams, and communicate a shared vision • Ability to define and report success and failure using real metrics • Ability to influence PMs and teams outside the candidate's own team • Experience building direct customer relationships • Understanding of financial and regulatory workflows • Accountability for adoption, retention, and revenue • Applied AI fluency expected at a top-10-percent level in the function • Willingness to participate in work weeks typically 1–2 times per quarter, sometimes with as little as 14 days' notice • Some roles may require additional travel based on team and cross-functional needs
