Beschreibung

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand existing workflows, pain points, and operational challenges • Evaluate current systems, processes, and integrations, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization • Design and implement AI-powered solutions that improve talent operations and decision-making • Build integrations between internal and third-party platforms using APIs and workflow automation tools • Define technical architectures, MVPs, and implementation roadmaps for new initiatives • Develop internal tools and operational platforms that streamline talent management processes • Prototype and deploy solutions involving LLMs, agents, recommendation systems, and workflow automation where appropriate • Own projects from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery and iteration • Provide technical guidance and recommendations on emerging AI technologies and automation opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience • Strong Python development experience • Experience integrating third-party systems via APIs • Experience building AI-enabled applications using LLMs • Experience leveraging AI/LLM technologies to solve business problems and improve operational workflows • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions • Experience designing and building internal tools, workflow automation, or operational platforms • Strong communication and consulting skills • Ability to operate effectively in highly ambiguous environments • SQL and data modeling experience
