• Use raw footage, voiceovers, and product shots to produce high-performing short-form video ads for TikTok and Instagram Reels • Optimize hooks, pacing, captions, motion design, and CTAs to grab attention in the first 3 seconds and hold it through to conversion • Monitor creative performance, share insights with the team, and make fast adjustments based on data • Align creative with campaign strategy and audience insights while maintaining the Truvani voice • Deliver multiple aspect ratios and file specifications with clear asset/version control on deadline • Apply platform best practices and trends while maintaining brand integrity • Take direction, concepts, and raw footage from creative and marketing teams and turn them into sales-driving ads

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven track record for creating compelling short-form social content that drives sales • Strong understanding of what makes people stop scrolling, pay attention, and take action • Ability to combine storytelling, emotion, and persuasion to produce measurable results • Fluent in Premiere Pro • Fluent in CapCut for TikTok videos • Experience editing videos for Facebook • Deep understanding of performance creative: hooks, pacing, CTA placement, attention retention • Expert multitasking skills with an ability to work quickly, handle multiple projects, and iterate based on data and feedback • Excellent communicator, collaborative, and organized • Portfolio or reel showing direct-response ads, product-focused edits, and mobile-first social content required • Must provide example videos • Background in health, wellness, or CPG brands is a plus
