Beschreibung

• Lead design management and coordination of owner-furnished, contractor-installed mechanical equipment for a hyperscale data center campus • Enforce technical standards and oversee long-lead procurement specifications for chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, CDUs, air-cooled and dry coolers, pumps, and heat rejection systems • Ensure integration between owner-supplied equipment and contractor scopes • Guide design teams, review submittals, resolve interface risks, and align deliverables with schedule, cost, and commissioning requirements • Lead communications with the client and oversee project management team services • Research construction market conditions and analyze official published data • Produce thought leadership reports for the construction market • Strategically and operationally manage project management services, including resource planning, financial management, business generation, and training and development • Set team strategy and ambition in line with the Business Plan • Develop people and promote learning, respect, and inclusivity • Maintain knowledge management and share commission learning through internal databases • Improve internal systems and processes • Ensure quality standards and participate in ISO audits • Develop priority plans, risk mitigation, KPIs, appraisal documents, management controls, and critical success factors • Undertake internal BMS audits and coordinate representation for external certification audits • Develop market understanding, act as a brand ambassador, and create client opportunities • Identify cross-selling opportunities • Participate in senior leadership meetings and prepare and deliver presentations • Track revenue, margin levels, monthly fees, and resource requirements using internal software • Prepare proposals and RFP responses • Attend networking and promotional events • Train and mentor staff • Partner with talent acquisition to attract talent and plan staffing needs • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or a field related to construction • Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering preferred • 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience • 2+ years managing large, high-performing multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment • Proven track record of successful project management service delivery for clients • Business development ambition and acumen, with demonstrated experience driving business growth • Major construction sector experience with high-caliber clients in commercial real estate, data centers, life sciences, industrial manufacturing, natural resources, or related sectors • Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills
