Beschreibung

• Build and maintain trusted working relationships with NAMER Sales leaders and advise sellers strategically. • Establish mechanisms for deal prioritization and review, owning total deal flow under aligned leaders. • Oversee Sales partnership to structure commercially sound deals by analyzing price, volume, and risk tradeoffs within Twilio’s financial guardrails. • Lead the architecture, governance, and optimization of complex financial models and pricing frameworks for high-value, non-standard commercial deals. • Act as a player-coach for a team of analysts, managing deal flow and owning complex deal work. • Supervise end-to-end quote-to-signature support, including pricing and financial analysis, order form creation, redline evaluation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure. • Collaborate with Product Management, Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Order Management, and Finance. • Influence policy, process, and tooling automation requirements.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Deal Management, Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, or Business Operations, preferably in contracting, procurement, or billing operations; or 7 years of relevant experience if no degree. • Minimum 2 years’ experience directly managing a team. • Ability to manage or delegate complex, bespoke financial analysis. • Ability to manage or delegate commercial customization for strategic customer deals, or willingness to learn. • Willingness to work closely with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle and provide exceptional customer service. • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities. • Excellent verbal and writing skills. • Ability to comprehend and communicate complex written concepts. • High-integrity character aligned with Twilio Magic. • Comprehensive experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, CPQ systems, Conga CLM, MS Office and/or G Suite is desired.
