Beschreibung

• Develop sustained business relationships and drive profitable sales volume with Ahold-Delhaize USA • Achieve volume targets while maintaining spending goals based on brand and customer joint business plans • Lead the deduction process across ADUSA • Optimize product distribution, pricing, forecasting, and promotions to drive profitable growth for Unilever Foods • Own Knorr and support remaining categories with the Senior Customer Business Manager • Improve in-store and online presence through brilliant execution across shopper marketing, category management, customer marketing, finance, business development, and supply chain • Drive omni-channel initiatives and develop strategic partnerships with ADUSA • Manage retailer relationships across Ahold and Delhaize banners, including Stop and Shop, The Giant Company, Giant Food, Hannaford, and Food Lion • Manage NSV/Turnover, forecasting, trade investment, plan-o-grams, and retail initiatives by customer • Customize corporate marketing and merchandising programs with Ahold banners • Coordinate category management and joint business plans • Drive strategic relationships, accelerated growth, and trade investment efficiency • Interface with multiple internal and external departments while balancing customer needs and total market integrity

🎯 Anforderungen

• Undergraduate degree is required • Trade Marketing, Sales, and Category Management experience is a plus • Working knowledge of IRI, Evergreen, Merlin, and Customer POS Data is strongly desired • Skilled in verbal and written communications • Ability to effectively relate with multiple levels of management, internally and externally • Strategic thinker able to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage complexity and time-management challenges • Strong relationship-building and management skills • Skilled negotiator • Highly organized
