Beschreibung

• Develop, communicate, generate excitement for, and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Partner with cross-functional peers to drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery against defined success metrics • Partner with Industry Relations and Strategic Growth teams on business development opportunities through alliances, partnerships, and marketplaces • Conduct regular data-driven business reviews analyzing product execution and revenue/market accomplishments • Shape new global data strategies with the GTM team to control and manage a volatile environment • Cultivate the ecosystem, community, and internal culture surrounding data evolution within Super Network • Lead ideation, development, and launch of high-impact products • Mentor and guide a team of product managers • Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams on Super Network Data & Analytics products

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant domain; MBA or advanced degree preferred • 3+ years of experience in product management, focused on communications • Proven track record of successful product launches and product strategy leadership • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and collaborate at all levels • Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data for product decisions, executive buy-in, and measurable team, product, and financial performance • Initiative, ownership, and accountability in ambiguous and complex challenges • Ability to collaborate and influence effectively across cross-functional teams • Maturity to present complex business and technical concepts, trade-offs, and difficulties to internal and external audiences up to C-level executives • Strong balance of business acumen, technical insight, and user-centered design skills • Strong understanding of the global communications industry, trends, technologies, and market dynamics • Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals • Experience with telco supply chain operations
