Beschreibung

• Own the backlog, specifications, sprint ceremonies, and release accountability for a dedicated Agile software team • Translate hardware and business requirements into software specifications, initiatives, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria • Coordinate software delivery schedules across application, driver, firmware, and DSP disciplines to meet hardware milestones • Own bug triage, defect priority, release decisions, release plans, release notes, known-issues lists, compatibility matrices, and documentation handoffs • Maintain prioritization methods, define analytics events and reporting, analyze adoption data, and collaborate with the Data team • Author product requirements spanning hardware, mechanical, electrical and audio specifications, connectivity, driver support, software behavior, packaging, and documentation • Track component lifecycle and last-time-buy exposure, drive cost-down opportunities, plan transitions, and manage silicon, driver, technology, and manufacturing partners • Conduct customer research and own activation and onboarding improvements • Partner with commercial, marketing, sales, and operations on SKU structure, pricing, bundling, launch readiness, channel and inventory planning, and EOL execution

🎯 Anforderungen

• Demonstrated Product Owner experience on a scrum team, including personally owning a backlog, writing stories, running ceremonies, and being accountable for releases • Technical fluency with operating-system-level device drivers, firmware, installers and software deployment, high-speed connectivity (USB, Thunderbolt, networked audio), and licensing or entitlement systems • Hands-on ability to install nightly builds, reproduce bugs, read installer logs, and run test passes • Excellent written communication and precise specification-writing ability • Power-user command of Jira and Confluence or close equivalents, including plans, filters, dashboards, and reporting • Proven ability to make decisions and hold a schedule in ambiguous, multi-stakeholder situations • Fluency in music production and audio recording; musician, engineer, or producer who uses this class of product • Willingness to travel occasionally, including to trade shows and manufacturing partners • 5+ years of product management experience shipping consumer or professional hardware and the software that drives it • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Preferred: experience with platform or driver architecture migration; analytics instrumentation; overseas contract manufacturers through DVT and mass production; go-to-market, retail, or e-commerce experience
