Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain tier-one, mission-critical enterprise applications and services used by U-Haul business teams and field locations • Write maintainable, highly reliable code following programming best practices • Own applications, architecture initiatives, and high-risk or complex features as subject matter expert and technical lead • Independently estimate and break down work from business and technical requirements • Interface with business stakeholders and other development teams for scoping, clarification, and status communication • Troubleshoot software, systems, and databases to identify root causes and implement robust solutions • Mentor, train, and support software developers • Perform design and code reviews • Prioritize and resolve ambiguous and complex technical problems • Complete tasks and projects with minimal oversight • Respond to production issues and lead them through resolution • Contribute to U-Haul's transformation toward a hybrid cloud architecture model

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of professional software development experience • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field • Full-stack software development skills • Critical thinking and structured programming fundamentals • Experience with Microsoft development stack including C#, MVC, SQL, Entity Framework, HTML 5, CSS, Blazor, Web API, jQuery, ASP.NET, and T-SQL • Experience with supporting technologies such as Apache Kafka, SPAs, Redis, web apps, web APIs, and backend SQL persistence • Must be a U.S. citizen or have proof of U.S. employment authorization for this position • Ability to write maintainable, highly reliable code using programming best practices • Ability to troubleshoot software, systems, and databases • Ability to independently estimate and break down work • Ability to mentor, train, support developers, and perform design and code reviews • Ability to work through ambiguous, complex problems with minimal oversight • Ability to respond to and resolve production issues
