Beschreibung

• Build and execute joint business plans with Costco • Manage relationships and influence Costco and internal partners • Own the relationship with category buyers at Costco • Act as the primary liaison on internal and external business issues • Collaborate with Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management and Strategy, Supply Chain, Insights, and other cross-functional teams • Drive trade investment effectiveness and efficiency • Partner with Shopper Marketing on trade investment effectiveness • Turn insights into action and deliver key insights to business partners • Leverage data to optimize Unilever’s go-to-market approach with Costco • Monitor the competitive environment at Costco and developments across club and national channels • Champion and drive strategic selling initiatives for Unilever with Sam’s Club • Grow Unilever’s beauty and wellbeing business with Costco through assortment optimization, promotion and demand creation, supply chain execution, and insights

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 5+ years experience in the CPG or Retail Industry • Self-starter who takes ownership of the business • Analytical expertise and ability to identify trends and develop recommendations from data • Experience with Circana, Nielsen, or Numerator data • Skilled written and verbal communicator • Ability to manage ambiguity and complex situations • Ability to build strong relationships and influence others • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 15% of the time, estimated at 4–6 trips per year • Club experience with Costco, Sam’s Club, or BJ’s preferred • Net Revenue Management or assortment-creation experience for CPG and retailers preferred • Passion for wellness and beauty categories preferred
