Beschreibung

• Drive sustainable business growth through operator, chain, and trade partner engagement • Use data and CRM tools to plan and execute sales calls and grow territory market share • Deliver targets including sales growth, reach and penetration, digital engagement, fully profiled operators, demos, and sampling • Execute online and face-to-face multi-touchpoint contact strategy, including 20% online calls and 80% face-to-face calls • Convert business insights and market trends into activation and solution selling • Network with customer stakeholders and engage decision makers • Prepare customer visits with solution recommendations and manage workflow and market funnel in Salesforce CRM • Conduct face-to-face and virtual sampling, ideation, and cooking demonstrations • Use selling stories to communicate revenue savings and efficiency improvements from UFS solutions • Follow up on calls to progress opportunities to sale close • Secure and coordinate customer orders each month • Meet with distributors and trade partners to expand assortment, align priorities, and source leads • Build and nurture relationships with local Distributor Sales Representatives • Implement contact matrices and squad approaches for key trade customers • Engage trade customers to align on Secondary Sales Data • Implement seasonal and event-related promotions • Ensure timely submission and settlement of claims • Provide virtual culinary consultation to targeted operators

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar and relevant positions within the market/industry • Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates with substantial and relevant industry experience will also be considered • CPG Foodservice Sales Experience (B2B Sales) • Culinary/Chef Selling Experiences • Network of Existing Foodservice Operator Partners • Distributor Sales or Ingredient Sales or Broker Sales • CRM (Salesforce) experience • Operator Experience • Market/Geographical knowledge • Food University Background (CIA, Food & Hospitality) • Multi-National Corporate Company Experience – Understands Corporate Ways of Working • Highly proficient in MS Office, including Power BI and Excel • Fast adopter of contemporary technology and already using AI in day-to-day life • Ability to sell Premium Brands with Superiority Selling stories and Culinary Solutions outside center of the plate • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus • Subject to verification of pre-screening tests, which may include drug screening, background check, credit check and DMV check
