Beschreibung

• Develop and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one or more products or product domains • Align product investments with organizational priorities, customer needs, and business objectives • Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities • Partner with business stakeholders, customers, and subject matter experts to understand challenges and identify opportunities • Validate product ideas using research, analytics, customer feedback, and business data • Own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, technical complexity, and strategic alignment • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure development teams have a prioritized backlog with clear business context • Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics • Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and progress to leadership and business stakeholders

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–6 years of Product Management experience delivering technology products in an agile environment • Mortgage industry experience with a strong understanding of mortgage origination, underwriting, servicing, secondary marketing, operations, or related business functions • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy and execute product roadmaps • Experience partnering with Engineering, UX/Product Design, and business stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Azure DevOps, or similar.
