Beschreibung

• Design, deploy, and manage VMware vSphere environments (vCenter, ESXi, vSAN) • Implement and support Site Recovery Manager (SRM / Live Recovery Manager) and disaster recovery solutions • Design and operate Stretched / Metro Cluster architectures • Configure and manage VMware NSX‑T for networking and security • Engineer high availability, recoverability, scalability, and lifecycle management solutions • Perform monitoring, capacity planning, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis • Automate VMware operational tasks and processes • Support and deliver complex datacenter and hybrid infrastructure projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile methodologies

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with VMware technologies, Operations Manager, NSX-T, Live Recovery Manager (SRM) • Strong expertise in Layer 2 and 3 physical and virtual networking • Experience with CISCO and Dell Switches is an advantage • Proven experience in the design of secure VMware Virtualization environments • Proven experience and understanding of architecture principles across infrastructure platforms, security, data, integration, and applications layers • Solid understanding of Microsoft technology, including Domains, Active Directory, and the interaction between hardware, operating systems, network, data center, and application software • Solid experience identifying and delivering technical solutions to automate processes or functions to improve VMware operations • Knowledge of systems monitoring, capacity planning, and performance tuning related to VMware infrastructure • VMware VCP or VCAP certifications, and CCNA and CCNP certifications are a plus
