• Serve as the senior functional and technical owner for Workday Compensation (including Advanced Compensation) and Payroll, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs • Lead the design, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of compensation and payroll processes, balancing user experience, operational efficiency, auditability, and control • Drive and support annual and off-cycle compensation planning activities, including merit, bonus, stock, and promotion processes, along with associated business process design and governance • Independently manage and deliver medium- to large-scale projects and enhancements, including stakeholder alignment, requirement gathering, prioritization, testing, and post-production support • Troubleshoot complex system and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable, scalable solutions, along with providing guidance on Workday best practices, process standardization, and governance, helping to improve system maturity and operational excellence across the People Technology landscape
• 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with deep expertise in Compensation (including Advanced Compensation), Payroll (required) and Time Tracking modules (preferred) • Deep understanding of end-to-end compensation, payroll, HR, and Total Rewards processes, including global considerations, compliance requirements, controls, and downstream impacts • Proven experience leading or heavily influencing Workday implementations, enhancements, and module rollouts, particularly in compensation and payroll domains • Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex workstreams, make sound configuration and design decisions, and manage competing priorities with minimal oversight • Ability to assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable system solutions that align with broader business goals
