Beschreibung

• Own SEM strategy, execution, and optimization across Google and Bing — including keyword strategy, bidding, ad copy, landing page alignment, and budget management • Build and manage campaigns across multiple business units with distinct audiences and goals • Define and report on SEM KPIs; translate performance data into actionable insights for marketing and business stakeholders • Partner closely with performance marketing teammates on integrated paid media strategy — contributing your search expertise to broader channel planning conversations • Work with content, demand gen, and product marketing to ensure message consistency from search ad to landing page • Stay current on search trends, platform changes, and AI-driven search shifts (SGE, etc.) and bring those perspectives to the team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–8 years of hands-on SEM experience, with at least 2 years in both a B2B and B2C environment • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising; strong grasp of attribution, bidding strategies, and campaign architecture • Comfortable working with data — you can pull your own reporting, identify trends, and tell a clear story to stakeholders • Familiarity with paid social and programmatic ecosystems; you don't need to own them, but you know how search fits into the broader paid mix • Strong communicator who works well in cross-functional, fast-moving environments • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Eloqua, or similar) a plus • Experience with Semrush, Profound, SA360
