Beschreibung

• Acts as Field Marketing professional visiting with agencies in the assigned territory • Responsible for monitoring and fostering agency relationships in an assigned territory • Monitors new binding activity as well as renewal retention for assigned group of agents • Provides marketing information to agents regarding product opportunities • Engages in consultative marketing strategy and provides detailed production data to help educate agents • Answers questions and uses problem-solving skills to resolve matters for agents • Schedules agency visits in advance and prepares for agency visits by running reports • Maintains appropriate level of product knowledge to train agents • Attends conventions or other industry functions to maintain visibility to agents • Responsible for generating interest in how to conduct business with BHHC

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience required • Seven or more years related work experience • Advanced Marketing and Sales Skills • Insurance terminology • Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent oral and written communication • Excellent customer service • Organize time and resources and handle multiple high priorities • Maintain strict confidentiality • Work with detail with accuracy
