Beschreibung

• Run discovery workshops to identify prospects’ underlying constraints and document value cases • Build and defend ROI models using customers’ own numbers • Configure sandbox and testing environments using Claude • Map Nash’s position in customer technology stacks • Scope and build integrations, especially with marketplaces and developer portals • Answer architecture questions using current-state and future-state diagrams • Design and deliver demos, proofs of concept, and trials through customer decisions • Run simulations and optimizations in Claude and extrapolate business value • Project-manage pilots end-to-end • Own technical handoff into production, including implementation and integrations through go-live • Lead pilot-results readouts and go/no-go conversations • Transition customers to CSM and Engineering for ongoing production support • Feed technical gaps and recurring themes to Product and Engineering • Push small product updates and PRs directly • Create reusable templates, scripts, and reference architectures • Stay current on new AI models and agent capabilities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical program/launch management • Ideally, real ownership of full cycles from discovery to go-live • Hands-on experience using Claude to build something • Experience running structured, workshop-style discovery with multiple stakeholders • Scripting experience • Experience working with APIs • Ability to stand up a sandbox or integration • Architecture fluency representing OMS/WMS/TMS/POS integrations in diagrams • Ability to build and defend ROI models using customer data • Experience operating at enterprise scale with multi-region, multi-channel merchants and numerous existing systems • Experience owning implementation and delivery through go-live and stable production handoff • Strong communication across technical and business stakeholders • Comfort with ambiguity • Experience running simulations/optimizations or building executive-ready value models (nice to have) • Experience in logistics, delivery, or supply chain (nice to have) • Formal value engineering, management consulting, or technical program management background (nice to have) • Ability to travel approximately 2–3 times per month • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required to work in the U.S.
