Beschreibung

• Perform hands-on development across the full cloud technology stack • Make strategic architecture decisions and serve as the primary technical interface to clients and U.S. FinTech leadership • Deliver scalable, secure securitization platforms while maintaining high engineering standards • Build highly scalable distributed solutions • Develop features and infrastructure for emerging business and project requirements • Design and implement APIs, data models, and communication protocols • Engineer cloud infrastructure for application security, performance, uptime, and scale • Evaluate technology issues involving cloud infrastructure, resiliency, performance, vulnerability management, technology lifecycle, observability, automation, and emerging technologies • Modernize Technology Governance through automation, data analytics, and AI • Establish governance approaches for emerging technologies, including AI • Maintain code quality and application design standards • Drive technical direction and platform architecture decisions • Lead technical design discussions and establish engineering best practices • Identify defects and improve code quality • Build executive business cases for large-scale, long-term improvements • Serve as the last line of technical support and escalation • Work primarily in Java, SQL, TypeScript, React, and JavaScript/HTML/CSS • Design and implement SQL, GraphQL APIs, and AWS serverless architecture • Create infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK and SAM • Leverage AI tools for development and product enablement • Participate in agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment • Provide strategic oversight of budget and resource planning • Build stakeholder relationships and support successful delivery of initiatives • Serve as the external face of the engineering team to client organizations and U.S. FinTech leadership • Translate business requirements into technical solutions • Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams • Maintain business continuity and customer satisfaction

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • Minimum 10 years of experience in building large-scale software applications • Minimum 5 years of experience working in an AWS environment • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring employer sponsorship currently or in the future • Experience creating infrastructure-as-code (AWS CDK/SAM preferred) • Experience in building web applications (React experience a plus) • Experience designing and building relational database transactional applications • Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs (GraphQL a plus) • Strong knowledge of Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python • Experience with AWS serverless architecture and cloud infrastructure • Familiarity with AI development tools (e.g. Amazon Q Developer/Kiro) and AI services (e.g. Amazon Bedrock) • Excellent debugging and optimization skills • Experience in unit/integration testing • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to mentor and develop engineering talent • Experience with agile development methodologies • Thorough understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment methodologies • Successful completion of a background investigation, which may also include a credit check
