Beschreibung

• Assist development teams with day-to-day technical and architectural questions • Consult with senior IT leadership and business stakeholders on technical matters • Design and evolve multi-service .NET architectures on Azure, including web APIs, workers, messaging, and data layers • Make platform decisions across Azure compute, data, messaging, identity, and observability services • Establish and enforce patterns for clean, testable, and maintainable code • Translate clinical and business goals into durable technical strategy with product and engineering leadership • Drive secure-by-default practices for authentication, data handling, and external integrations • Review designs and code to improve quality, performance, and clarity • Mentor senior and mid-level engineers • Establish and drive AI-first coding practices • Participate in and lead proof-of-concept initiatives • Lead and participate in the Architectural Guild • Build and maintain enterprise frameworks, tooling, and platforms for software development teams • Diagnose and support complex technical issues to remove development blockers • Collaborate with DevOps and IT infrastructure on cohesive system designs • Build turnkey solutions when commercial off-the-shelf solutions are unavailable or infeasible • Create technical diagrams and documentation • Assess current technologies and help define a technical roadmap • Provide training sessions for development staff as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy preferred • Flexibility to travel as needed preferred • Ability to talk, hear, sit for long periods, type, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms • Ability to design multi-service .NET systems on Azure • Knowledge of Azure compute, data, messaging, identity, and observability services • Knowledge of authentication, data handling, and external integrations • Ability to diagnose complex technical issues • Ability to create technical diagrams and documentation • Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen
