Beschreibung

• Lead the design and execution of strategic projects that deliver substantial customer value and impact multiple departments. • Conduct customer discovery to inform product strategy, helping to craft compelling narratives that support the vision and objectives. • Identify and lead design-driven initiatives with organization-wide impact. • Enhance the influence of the Design organization by working openly, sharing customer insights, communicating design solutions, and improving the ways we work. • Mentor other designers, helping to refine concepts and elevate design quality. • Contribute to and refine our design system to ensure it aligns with strategic goals while maintaining consistent, high-quality design standards.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8-10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects • Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact • Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy and define design directions • Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution for entire product areas • Strong ability to mentor and influence others, including senior and executive management teams • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving • Proven success in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility • Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts to diverse audiences • Proficient in managing complex projects, timelines, and proactive escalation handling • Portfolio required, showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship and effective product solutions tailored to customer needs • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
