Beschreibung

• Engage with end users and Veeam partners to establish and translate business objectives into technical requirements. • Create content and deliver presentations and demonstrations to varying numbers and levels of decision makers, virtually and in person. • Manage the technical evaluation stage of the sales process as a main technical advisor for Veeam solutions. • Provide pre-sales assistance to customers as they evaluate Veeam software, including POCs, Hands-on Labs, and Bootcamps. • Record and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and partner engagement details on the Salesforce CRM platform. • Work closely with Veeam’s value-added resellers on training, joint meetings, and relationship building. • Support lead generation activities such as events, webinars, and user groups. • Work closely with Veeam Product Development and Engineering to provide customer feedback. • Participate in cross-functional strategic initiatives that increase efficiency and add long-term value, such as TCO & ROI calculators and hands-on labs. • Travel within the region of responsibility up to 50% of the time.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Demonstrable experience working in a pre-sales role in IT. • Prior experience using or deploying Veeam solutions. • Have deep experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV), and associated technologies (SANs, hyper-converged storage, networking). • Have a working knowledge of public clouds (Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform). • Have a working knowledge of key SaaS platforms such as Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce. • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Be comfortable presenting to groups, both remotely and in person. • Be available to travel across UK & Ireland. • Be a self-starter with the ability to learn new technologies quickly. • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where roles and responsibilities change quickly. • If an applicant is permanently located outside of the United Kingdom, Veeam reserves the right to decline the application for this position.
