Beschreibung

• Lead IT Operations at customers for Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions • Lead a team of Veeva colleagues in developing and executing a strategic roadmap of enhancements for a customer’s Veeva Vault products • Oversee implementing an agile release methodology and managing operations across customer QA, IT, and Business teams • Function as a primary customer liaison managing communication between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and 3rd parties • Oversee customer release management programs including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting • Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop customer adoption and enhancement roadmaps • Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on holistic success and continuous improvement • Partner and build relationships with large, complex, and strategic customers • Customer-facing role with occasional travel requirements

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Support, Consulting, or Product Management • Proven track record leading implementation and/or IT operations as a consultant, business analyst, or IT lead and/or business sponsor • Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment • Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles • Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) • Occasional travel requirements • Nice to have: Experience in Lifesciences Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, or Drug Safety • Nice to have: Experience with Data or Content Management applications • Nice to have: Direct experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, Documentum, D2, OpenText, SharePoint, FirstDoc, FirstPoint, NextDocs, CARA, MasterControl, TrackWise QMS, BioClinica, IMPACT, Siebel CTMS, Wingspan eTMF, InForm EDC, RAVE, docuBridge, Global Register, goBalto • Nice to have: PMP certification
