Beschreibung

• Manages Help Desk queue, triages incoming requests, and escalates issues to senior analysts or technical teams as appropriate. • Performs user setup, permissions management, and account maintenance within the Insurance Management System. • Facilitates the documentation of business and system requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and Technical Product Managers. • Facilitates testing and validation of reports, system enhancements, and new configurations prior to production deployment. • Prepares Excel-based reports and data reviews to support business user decision-making and operational visibility. • Supports ad-hoc reporting requests by gathering, organizing, and formatting data into actionable insights for business users. • Identifies recurring issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities; documents findings and proposes solutions for review by senior staff. • Collaborates with senior analysts and developers to understand system workflows and support the translation of business needs into technical specifications. • Maintains the integrity and accuracy of the Insurance Management System through ongoing data review and quality checks.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role • Understanding of insurance industry business operations and terminology • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and formulas • Working knowledge of data visualization or query tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete assigned tasks independently • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
