Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers • Serve as the customer's primary point of contact from introduction through dispatch handoff • Visit customer facilities and project sites throughout the assigned territory • Prepare accurate, competitive, and profitable transportation and disposal quotations • Coordinate with environmental disposal facilities and internal operations • Transfer complete project information to Dispatch before work begins • Follow projects through completion and maintain customer satisfaction • Identify opportunities for additional services and long-term partnerships • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally • Maintain accurate customer records and activity in the company CRM • Represent R Transport professionally at customer meetings, industry events, and job sites

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of customer relationship, operations, logistics, project management, or transportation experience in the environmental space • Strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to analyze projects and prepare profitable quotes • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout assigned territory • Strong experience in RCRA, Special and dangerous waste logistics in the PNW • Environmental, transportation, construction, industrial services, or waste industry experience highly preferred • Ability to work from a home office within the assigned territory • Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
