Beschreibung

• Oversee and evaluate operational performance for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance • Train, coach, and mentor operations personnel and leadership • Lead implementation of new technologies, processes, and operational initiatives • Conduct quality audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented • Manage and review KPIs, lead KPI review meetings, and communicate performance trends and gaps • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations • Support new operation start-ups and manage implementation plans • Train and onboard new operations leaders • Develop and maintain continuous training programs, audit frameworks, SOPs, and training materials • Track and analyze operational KPIs and report budget variances • Facilitate KPI meetings covering revenue, safety, receivables, fuel efficiency, preventative maintenance, and backhaul performance • Manage projects and action items from KPI reviews • Coordinate and lead customer QBRs and MBRs • Conduct customer, driver, and employee satisfaction surveys and audits • Identify and discreetly report operational issues and risks • Develop and execute process improvement strategies • Track, report, and analyze driver and director bonus programs • Maintain reliable attendance and on-call availability • Comply with company policies, procedures, laws, and regulations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience in operations, quality management, or logistics leadership roles • Proven experience managing KPIs, audits, and operational performance • Experience leading teams, training, and mentoring staff • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience with data tracking and KPI reporting • Proficiency with operational and logistics systems including TMW, TotalMail, PeopleNet, and Samsara • Familiarity with OneDrive and SharePoint • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field • Preferred: Transportation, logistics, or supply chain experience • Preferred: Project management experience leading system or process implementations • Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certification • Preferred: Advanced data analysis and reporting skills • Preferred: Process improvement and quality framework experience • Preferred: Presentation and facilitation skills • Preferred: Organizational and project management capability • Preferred: Ability to influence and drive change across multiple operational teams • Sedentary work with repetitive computer and telephone usage • Travel required: 25%–50% • On-call availability • Ability to work and communicate effectively with others
