Beschreibung

• Business-critical team member in a fast-paced, high-volume, and dynamic fulfillment environment. • Responsible for strategic oversight, process execution, and timely handoff of route output solutions • Conduct ongoing engineering and optimization of all market center service routes to improve efficiency and labor trends. • Responsible for involving and directing critical team members in the system data cleanup to ensure accurate engineered route output • Assists with the generation and publishing of delivery metrics as needed • Responsible for being the recognized company expert on route engineering software as well as statistical route data • Develop Route Engineering process guidance documentation and project timeline expectations for all ongoing and future projects • Collaborate with key area departments and Market Centers on ongoing route maintenance opportunities.

🎯 Anforderungen

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. • 4+ years’ progressive experience in complex supply chain and logistics operations. • Extensive knowledge of route optimization or the proficiency and aptitude to learn route modeling principles and techniques • Proven operational and technical expertise • Excellent analytic and data skills in developing actionable KPIs and metrics around service and cost • Analytical approach to problem solving and a passion for delivering service excellence to our customers • Extreme proficiency with Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
