Vetcove ist für Tierärzte kostenlos, wobei die Einnahmen aus Unternehmenskooperationen zur Unterstützung des Betriebs generiert werden. Der Dienst wird von über 19. 000 Tierkliniken vertraut und bietet Werkzeuge zum Preisvergleich, zur Überprüfung der Bestellhistorie und zum Management von Lieferantenbeziehungen. Ziel ist es, den Einkaufsprozess für Tierarztpraxen zu vereinfachen und zu verbessern, um Kosteneffizienz und Effektivität zu gewährleisten.

Beschreibung

• Be the main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight, while also acting in a customer success capacity, being a long term strategic advisor to clients • Craft agendas, host weekly meetings, and stay on top of actions items for key accounts • Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure you’re up to speed on the latest business initiatives for the Vetcove product and can communicate such initiatives to clients • Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests for key accounts • Analyze account performance and create presentations to deliver performance updates and optimization opportunities to key stakeholders • Work with product and engineering on client feedback loop, bug identification and resolutions • Work with onboarding and implementation to on-board new acquisition clinics • Nurture Corporate relationships to drive affinity, loyalty, and trust in the Vetcove HD platform

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years in account management • Bachelor's Degree • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable in front of Senior leadership contacts • Excellent time and process management skills • Experience in developing client facing reports with actionable insights and recommendations • Experience in developing and presenting data analyses and partner business reviews • Strong working knowledge of entire Microsoft Office suite, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel • Interest in client relationship building and willingness to travel for client-facing events • A strong desire to learn and define an emerging function in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment
