Our ideal candidate will be eager to execute the absolute-best modern approaches to B2B pipeline generation and sales. An ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, detailed strategic thinking capacity, empathy for others, inspiring communication skills, and a fearless resiliency to excel in enterprise sales. This is a high impact role for Vibes during an exciting time of growth. • In a current world of constant change and uncertainty, one area that is growing at light speed is the digital consumer engagement space - specifically, how brands create personalized, 1:1 interactions with their consumers at scale. This role puts you right at the center of this exciting evolution of consumer engagement. If you want to lead conversations with large enterprises about the most relevant innovations in mobile marketing technology, then look no further. • This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the VP of Sales & Customer Success. Vibes has been recognized in 2025 as a Built In Best Hybrid Places to Work. • Responsibilities: • Drive bookings by managing a disciplined, creative, and compelling sales process • Position unique and compelling value propositions for verticals and buyer personas with agility • Translate technical capabilities—like our direct carrier messaging pipes and developer-friendly APIs—into business value for enterprise buyers • Provide informed and accurate forecasting on opportunities and deals • Generate consistent outbound pipeline through activities including social, direct calling, and emailing target accounts • Build and maintain expertise on the business trends and key initiatives of our target brands and personae • Master vision and value-based sales messaging and positioning • Consistently exceed individual weekly, monthly and quarterly goals, serving as a top contributor to overall sales pipeline • Open doors to new accounts through relationship building or self-led prospecting, creating opportunities and managing to close • Develop high-empathy, authentic connections with prospective buyers • Travel to conferences and sales meetings, as necessary

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years’ experience meeting or exceeding quota in enterprise SaaS sales; martech experience preferred • Demonstrated ability to regularly lead and manage enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close at values of >$100K • Demonstrated ability to generate new business through multi-channel prospecting • Growth mindset, driven to learn, and highly coachable • Highly organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders and drive resolution within a sales process • Deeply steeped in effective use of Sales tools to drive effective deal management and prospecting • Demonstrated creativity in cultivating business opportunities that convert to sales • Travel to conferences and sales meetings, as necessary • Extraordinary team player and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment • Mature, self-directed, highly detailed, organized, driven professional • Excellent communication and active listening skills; able to adjust to different personalities and communication styles • Master vision and value-based sales messaging and positioning • Provide insight to the business through consistent activity and performance tracking in Hubspot • Develop high-empathy, authentic connections with prospective buyers • Build and maintain expertise on the business trends and key initiatives of our target brands and personae
