Beschreibung

• Partner with Sales and customers to understand business objectives, current-state processes, pain points, and desired outcomes • Lead discovery sessions and translate complex business requirements into solution designs • Apply accounts payable and finance-process expertise across invoice processing, approvals, exceptions, vendor management, and related workflows • Design scalable, maintainable Vic.ai solutions that balance customer requirements and time to value • Advise customers on how AI can transform accounts payable processes beyond simple automation • Develop solution architectures, process flows, requirements documentation, and presentation materials • Work with Product and Engineering to assess technical feasibility, identify product gaps, and communicate customer requirements • Partner with Implementation teams to ensure sales-stage solutions can be successfully delivered • Identify risks, dependencies, edge cases, and downstream impacts • Participate in customer presentations, technical discussions, demonstrations, and solution workshops • Help customers understand tradeoffs and make informed decisions about customization • Improve solution design methodology, documentation, and best practices • Develop reusable solution patterns to accelerate implementations and improve consistency • Experiment with AI tools and use AI for research, analysis, documentation, problem-solving, and solution development • Share effective AI practices with colleagues and increase organizational AI fluency

🎯 Anforderungen

• Significant experience in accounts payable, finance operations, ERP, AP automation, or a closely related domain • Experience in a Solutions Architect, Solution Consultant, Technical Consultant, Sales Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or similar customer-facing role • Deep understanding of accounts payable processes and supporting systems • Ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional solutions • Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent discovery skills • Experience with ERP systems and financial data and workflow integrations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment • Strong judgment regarding configuration, customization, and challenging customer requirements • Consultative mindset and genuine curiosity about business operations • Demonstrated willingness and ability to use AI extensively in day-to-day work • Comfortable using AI to research, analyze, document, prototype, communicate, and solve problems
