Beschreibung

• Oversee Revenue Management for Viceroy Los Cabos resort • Champion and implement market strategies to meet or exceed guest expectations • Identify and maximize revenue opportunities • Recommend and maintain pricing, positioning, and inventory controls • Lead forecasting, opportunity analysis, and revenue processes • Establish pricing levels across all segments and room types • Set and manage yield controls and rate restrictions • Monitor and analyze competitors daily and weekly • Develop and maintain relationships with OTA market managers • Build and maintain accurate short- and long-term forecasts • Lead the annual budgeting and pricing process • Prepare market segmentation, production, and revenue analysis reports • Actively develop and coach team members

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the Revenue Management field • Bachelor’s Degree • In-Depth knowledge of all industry reports such as STR, Agency 360, Demand 360, OTA Insights etc. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point • Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure & high stress environment • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing • Excellent time management skills • Exceptional with details and follow up • Flexible and long hours sometimes required. • Must be able to travel to resort based on business needs.
