Beschreibung

• Responsible for building Visual Merchandising skills and capability at the Store Leadership and District Manager level • Deliver a compelling customer experience in all stores • Collaborate with Store Leadership teams to train, demonstrate, guide and execute elevated presentation strategies within the division • Build DM and Store visual merchandising skills and capability • Share best practices for floor set execution & sustainment • Create Individual Development Plan focusing on building Visual Merchandising skill • Conduct effective store visits with store leadership/field leadership and cross functional home office partners • Develop, train, motivate, and inspire Field Leadership through effective Learning Labs • Build accountability with Store Leadership teams to understand and leverage Visual Merchandising to maximize overall business results

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Design or related area preferred • 7+ years managing complex creative projects • Proven ability to create, interpret and implement Visual Merchandising concepts • High level of influencing capability • Excellent collaboration skills • Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines and juggle multiple priorities • Strong organizational, planning and project management skills • Experience leading, developing, motivating and managing talent • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communications skills • Computer skills: MS Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
