Beschreibung

• Define and execute the Data Security Platform vision and roadmap across on-premises, cloud-hosted, and hybrid deployment models • Balance customer needs, partner requirements, developer experience, and technical feasibility in product decisions • Champion developer experience by understanding developer needs and refining APIs, integrations, documentation, tooling, and resources • Collaborate with engineering to improve developer tooling and platform accessibility • Engage with developers and partners to understand workflows, compliance requirements, security challenges, and use cases • Conduct customer interviews, analyze usage data, and synthesize stakeholder feedback • Lead interoperability strategy with external key management systems, content extraction tools, tagging solutions, and other enterprise security infrastructure • Identify and prioritize integration opportunities that increase platform value

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 3–7 years of product management experience in enterprise B2B • Strong preference for experience in enterprise security, data protection, or data-centric solutions • Deep understanding of enterprise software development, deployment models, and on-premises versus cloud-hosted solutions • Familiarity with hybrid architectures and enterprise IT decision-making processes • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts • Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, integrations, system architecture, and developer tooling • Foundational knowledge of data security, privacy, and encryption concepts • Familiarity with FedRAMP, CMMC, and ITAR compliance frameworks • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize diverse information • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences • Demonstrated ability and eagerness to learn new concepts, especially in security, compliance, and enterprise environments • Comfort with ambiguity and a growth mindset • Preferred: experience building products for large enterprises with strict compliance requirements • Preferred: familiarity with key management systems, content discovery, or data classification solutions • Preferred: experience with developer-focused products, platform-as-a-service offerings, and SDKs • Preferred: understanding of enterprise data governance and regulatory compliance frameworks • Preferred: exposure to cryptography, encryption standards, or data protection technologies • Preferred: experience with agile development methodologies and product management frameworks
